School Culture, Climate & Restorative Practices
Designing environments where every student and educator can thrive
School culture is what’s felt in the halls not what’s posted on the walls.
Joy Roots works with schools and districts to audit, redesign, and sustain cultures rooted in belonging, psychological safety, and community. Restorative practices are woven throughout this work as both a philosophy and a practical framework for how schools respond to harm, build trust, and repair relationships.
